Alterations Agreement

By booking an appointment with Ruby's Alterations & Tailoring you agree to the following terms.

Liability

Ruby's Alterations & Tailoring will exercise reasonable care and skill with every garment. Our liability for any loss or damage to a garment while in our possession is limited to the cost of repair or, if repair is not possible, the fair market value of the garment as determined by receipt or reasonable appraisal. We are not responsible for the full replacement cost of designer, custom, or heirloom items. We strongly recommend disclosing any garment of unique sentimental or high monetary value before work begins.

Quotes

Quotes provided by photo or phone are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed at your first in-person fitting once the garment and required alterations are fully assessed.

Unclaimed Garments

Garments not picked up within 90 days of completion may be donated or disposed of at Ruby's Alterations & Tailoring's discretion. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action.
